It is located with convenient access to Pismo State Beach (less than a mile away), and Highway One. And via 13th Street one can quickly get to Grand Avenue and major downtown areas of Grover Beach. |

A $990.00 security deposit plus the first month's rent (in a money order, cash or a cashier's check) will be required at the time the rental contract is signed. The monthly rent will be stated as $990.00 in the rental contract. When the rent is paid on time (by the last business day of the preceeding month) a discount of $100 may be taken. Thus when paid on time, the net rent is $890.00 per month. Additional deposits may be required if a pet is permitted. |

| From Highway 101: go to the Oak Park exit and take Oak Park to the south until you reach The Pike. Turn right onto The Pike. Go to 13th Street (The Pike comes to a dead end at that point.). Turn right and go about 2 blocks to Rice Street. On the corner to your left you will see the 4 houses. VERY IMPORTANT: DO NOT WALK ON THE PROPERTY OR DISTURB THE TENANTS!!
