This house is located in the Cuesta by the Sea area of Los Osos
and is only a few blocks from the Sweet Springs Park and the edge of
Morro Bay. The house is all on one level. Well-behaved pet(s)
with references might be welcome with an additonal fees/deposits.
There is a studio apartment above the garage with its own
separate stairway entrance. This unit is rented out seperately, and
is over the garage area only.

The security deposit will be required at the time the rental contract
is signed. Additional deposits or rent may be required if pets
are allowed. The security deposit will be refunded within 21
days after moving out, less any deductions for cleaning and other matters
permitted by the contract.
