and is only a few blocks from the Sweet Springs Park and the edge
of Morro Bay. The house is all on one level. Well-behaved
pet(s) with references might be welcome with an additonal fees/deposits.
There is a studio apartment above the garage with its
own separate stairway entrance. This unit is rented out seperately,
and is over the garage area only.It is currently occupied and it is
not available to rent at this time.
